KDE Plasma is a great desktop to work. Recently I found that it is not intuitive to resize the Application Launcher menu with any explicit option. Then I found it is a hidden jewel. It is simple.
Open menu (Alt+F1) -> Left Alt Key + Right Mouse button -> This should show a resize pointer, just drag to the required size.
